                Fysiek zag er respectabel uit na training.

                          Alles ging zeer vlot. De vorige keer ging die 102,5 bench echt traag nu 105 echt easy en vlot.
                          Alle gewichten leken veel minder te wegen ging alsof het niets was, op het einde van de training ook nog vol energie, ik zou de training zo opnieuw doen!!
